Cheaper Fly Terms of Service

Welcome to Cheaper Fly, your one-stop shop for finding and booking affordable flights worldwide. We're thrilled you've chosen us for your travel journey! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between you and Cheaper Fly regarding your use of our website, mobile app, and other services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform. You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Platform. You may not access or use the Platform if you disagree with any part of these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 We act as a facilitator, connecting you with airlines and other travel service providers ("Airline") to search for and book flight tickets. We do not own or operate any airlines or flights listed on our Platform.

1.2 All bookings made through the Platform are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Supplier, including cancellation and refund policies. We urge you to carefully review the Airline terms and conditions before booking.

1.3 We assume no responsibility for any issues arising from your flight, such as cancellations, delays, or missed connections. In such cases, you must contact the Supplier directly for assistance.

2. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. Check Your Details

CHECKING ALL FLIGHT DETAILS AND PASSENGER NAME(S)

It is your responsibility to check all the details are correct i.e., Passenger names (are same as appearing on passport/travel docs), Travelling dates, Transit Time, Origin and destination, Stop Over, Baggage Allowance, and other flight information. Once the ticket is issued then no changes can be made.

4. Booking Process

4.1 When you search for flights on the Platform, we will display available options from various Airlines. The displayed prices are estimated and may vary depending on currency fluctuations and availability.

4.2 To book a flight, select the desired option and provide your passenger information and payment details. Once you confirm your booking, we will process your payment and transmit your booking information to the Supplier

4.3 You will receive confirmation of your booking by email, including the electronic ticket(s) or other necessary travel documents. Please carefully review your confirmation and contact us immediately for any errors.

SPECIAL REQUESTS AND MEDICAL PROBLEMS

If you have any special requests like meal preference, Seat Allocation wheelchair request, etc, please advise us at the time of issuance of the ticket. We will try our best to fulfill these by passing this request to the relevant airline but we cannot guarantee and failure to meet any special request will not hold us liable for any claim.

PASSPORT, VISA AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS

You are responsible for checking all these items like Passport, Visa (including Transit Visa), and other immigration requirements. You must consult with the relevant Embassy / Consulate, well before the departure time for up-to-date information as requirements may change from time to time. We cannot accept any liability for any transit visa if you are refused entry onto the flight or into any country due to failure on your part to carry the correct passport, visa, or other documents required by any airline, authority, or country.

INSURANCE AND BAGGAGE LOSS

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel insurance that covers your needs and also ensure that you have complied with all the health and vaccination requirements for the countries you are traveling. Advice can be obtained from your GP or travel clinic. We do not accept any claim for the lost / Stolen / Damaged Baggage. You have to contact the relevant airline directly in that case.

We do not accept responsibility for any financial loss if the airline fails to operate. Passengers will be solely responsible for that so it is highly recommended that separate travel insurance be arranged to protect yourself.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 All cancellations and refund requests are subject to the Airline cancellation and refund policy. We have no authority to make changes or exceptions to these policies.

5.2 You can find the applicable cancellation and refund policy on the Airline website or displayed during the booking process. Please review it carefully before making your booking.

5.3 If you need to cancel or modify your booking, you must contact us directly through the contact information provided in your booking confirmation. We will do all the cancellations or changes as per the airline policies.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 The price you pay for your flight will be displayed on the Platform before you confirm your booking. This price includes all the taxes and Basic Fare as per Airline policy.

6.2 We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Please review the available payment methods including card payment terms and conditions that may apply.

6.3 You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds to complete your payment. If your payment is declined, your booking may be canceled.

7. User Conduct:

7.1 You agree to use the Platform by these Terms and applicable laws and regulations

8. You will not:

Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Interfere with the operation of the Platform or any other user's use of the Platform. Use the Platform to transmit malicious content, such as viruses or spyware. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. Access or attempt to access any part of the Platform you are not authorized to access. Collect or store personal data of other users without their express consent.
